Owned by local Seward residents Brittney and John Wisel, Brittney is a born and raised Sewardite, with John being a lifelong Alaskan originally from the "Golden heart city", of Fairbanks. They run and manage the Spruce Lodge year-round as they hope to share with guests all that Seward has to offer, extending beyond the typical summer season chaos. The Lodge is one of the newest locations in town for nightly accommodations with quality finishes and amenities that will make you feel right at home. The Spruce Lodge currently has 25 rooms and 3 luxury chalets, with a future expansion plan in the works!

Meet the Goldens - Clark, Pearl, and Sally! These furry concierges are sure to make you feel welcome on your stay as they can often be seen patrolling the property ensuring that everyone has a pleasant stay. Tips are not customary, but "pat's" are welcomed, as well as words of affirmations reminding them what good doggo's they are.
